- The organizer reserves full authority to collect, manage, and utilize all received funds for charitable, welfare, and operational purposes, as deemed appropriate.
- The utilization of funds may include, but is not limited to, charitable donations, assistance to poor and needy individuals, community welfare activities, and other socially beneficial initiatives.
- A portion of the collected amount may be used to cover administrative, operational, and staffing costs, including salaries or compensation for individuals involved in organizing and managing these activities.
- Participants acknowledge and agree that they shall not request, claim, or demand access to any bank statements, financial records, transaction proofs, or detailed fund utilization reports.
- Participation in the Free Umrah Lucky Draw is voluntary, and the selection of the winner shall be conducted through a random process. The decision of the organizer shall be final and binding.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the lucky draw or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
